Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh — In a remarkable feat, Sandesh Saraf, a 4th-year Bachelor of Pharmacy student at Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Pharmacy, has been shortlisted for the Final Round of MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026 — a prestigious national-level virtual dialogue with the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. Out of over 12 lakh participants from across the country, Saraf is the sole representative selected from his university for this elite honor.

A National Platform for Youth Voices

The MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026, organized under the Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat) platform by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, is one of the largest youth engagement initiatives in India. After a nationwide online quiz and an essay round that saw nearly 47,000 submissions, only a select group of finalists were chosen to participate in a high-level dialogue with the Prime Minister, scheduled for 12th & 13th April 2026.

Government Internship at FDA Bhopal

Adding to his impressive portfolio, Saraf recently completed a one-month hands-on practical training at the Drugs Testing Laboratory, Food & Drugs Administration (FDA), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh — a premier government regulatory facility. From 04.06.2026 to 04.07.2026, he underwent intensive training on "Chemical & Instrumental Methods of Analysis of Drugs", gaining direct exposure to government-level drug quality control and analytical procedures. The training was certified by A.B. Aike, Government Analyst, on 06.07.2026.

This internship at a central government laboratory underscores Saraf's commitment to bridging academic knowledge with real-world pharmaceutical regulatory practices.
